What If Rin was LF Punisher

What if Rin Ikazuchi lost everything she cared about to the underworld of crime and became La Femme Punisher instead of Francine Castella?

Since both characters are somewhat similar in being cold and calculating killing machines, there would be not much of a difference on how they operate. Also don't forget Rin's various martial arts fighting styles and swordsmanship which makes Rin one deadly Punisher.
