Second half of part 2 of
Near the end of Det. Angie's patrol with Lin, Angie gets a call from police HQ of a small group of people disturbing the peace in her area. Angie responds to call and races to scene with sirens blazing from her squad car.
When Angie and Lin get to the scene, they see three males destroying public property and harassing the people of the neighborhood. One look at Angie with her 12 gauge shotgun and Lin with her superhero physique, the three bad boys bolted from the scene. One went in one direction and the other two went in a separate direction. Angie told Lin to go after the two perps who ran together and she will go after the other guy. Lin gave chase and caught the two lawbreakers pretty quickly. Lin locked them up in the back of Angie's squad car so Angie could officially Mirandized them. Now Lin went off to see if Angie needed any help.
Angie chased the perp into a public courtyard where he tackled Angie to the ground and was trying to wrestle her shotgun away from her. Lin made it the courtyard and got the perp off Angie by grabbing him by one of his ankles with one hand with ease. With the perp hanging upside down, Angie kneeled down and face to face she told him at he's under arrest. Lin carried the by guy still upside down by his ankle from the courtyard the locked him in the of Angie squad car with his other two friends. Back in the car, Angie tells Lin "If you ever want to join the AFPD, I can certainly use a partner like you." Lin replies "I think about, I do like the uniform though." The two laughed as they drove back to police HQ.
Lin has one last thing to do end her community service which is the least glamorous part of being a police officer, the paper work. I'm guess Angie will be doing the typing because She doesn't want Lin to accidentally break her computer.
Another exciting day in Angel Falls.
