Bio:

After 8 years in the military since the age of 18, Francine was able to stop fighting once and for all and have a normal life with the man who has been waiting for to come home for at least one year. Some time after the couple got married and later Francine found out she was pregnant for the first time. She was living the American dream, all within a year after being honourable discharged from the army.

The young newlywed couple of John and Francine at ten weeks pregnant went for a romantic walk in Central Park when they accidentally came across a mob execution. The mobsters saw Francine & John and turned they guns on them and fired without hesitation. The couple were left for dead by soldiers of the Nuncio crime family.

Francine woke up in the hospital where she was given the terrible news. First, her husband John died from his injuries when paramedics arrived at the scene. Second, Francine had a miscarriage from the trauma she suffered from her injuries and lost the baby. Lastly, not one person was brought even though the police suspect this was work of the Nuncio crew. Francine was able to identify the two thugs who tried to kill her but those two jackasses claim to be at a bar at time of the shootings and have alibis. A bar owned by the Nuncio family.

Since the police were not able to break the mobsters’ alibis, the law was unable to touch the Nuncios for mob hit at Central Park. Francine was beyond angry, though she did not show it. Since the law was inadequate in this case she would have to seek natural justice. Francine would have to take the law into her own hands and punish the evil of the underworld of crime. Her currently mission is to bring down the Nuncio crime family.

The first thing Francine did was she started getting the things she needed to wage a war on crime. She turned the black market for guns, Kevlar, tech and info on the Nuncio crime family criminal activity she needed.

Francine’s first act of natural justice was she went to the Nuncio own bar where the two Nuncio solders from Central Park were currently having drinks. She shot up the bar and the two soldiers were the first die, then any known associates to the Nuncios and killed any low life criminals that were there also. When the dust settled, Francine spray painted the word "PUNISHMENT" on one the walls of the bar, a message to the Nuncios.

Five nights straight, Nuncio own businesses were shot up and the word "PUNISHMENT" spray painted the walls every time. All the police knew was one female with a skull on her chest was behind these incidences. The police publicly denounce her vigilante ways and vowed to put a stop to it and bring her to justice. The media dubbed her “La Femme Punisher”. Francine adopted the name La Femme Punisher and expanded her crusade to include drug dealers, killers, rapists and other bad people. Most people didn’t approve of her methods, but the people who live in the neighbourhoods controlled by gangs and overran with criminals & low life scum praised her and want her to bring her style of justice their neighbourhoods.

One year later, La Femme Punisher is still waging war with the Nuncios, criminals and other scum of the New York City. The Nuncios and the underworld of crime are fighting back at her, fire with fire, with a sadistic assassin named Poison.
