Kasumi Goto

No jail cell can hold the master thief Kasumi Goto. The Asari security guard learned that hard way. Kasumi was able to trick the guard to unlock and enter cell, slip by her (I know the Asari are mono-gender), take her rifle and lock the cell with the guard in it.

Of course Kasumi just has to rub it in with the already irrate Asari guard.

No wonder Kasumi was picked by Cerberus to be part of Commander Shepard's crew for the suicide mission to the Collector base.
