Major Motoko Kusanagi, a cyborg who is the squad leader of Section 9 of the Japanese National Public Safety Commission.

This is gift art for for this drawing of Poison vs La Femme Punisher [link] he done for me. I did a quick Google search and the Major has variations of at least two different outfits. I'm glad someone made those goggles the Major was wearing, but her hair gave me a bit of trouble to find. But I think the Major turned out well.
